Our friendly volunteers at The Atkinson, with a passion for Lego, have hosted another successful year of the ever popular Construction Club.
In 2023 our Construction Club was visited by nearly 700 people!
Construction Club takes place on the last Saturday of every month from 10:30am – 12:30pm in the Library. It is aimed at children and young people but anyone who enjoys Lego is welcome. It is a time for you to create anything your imagination allows. We have lots of Lego and some special boxes of interesting pieces. One of our team regularly brings in one of his own impressive creations. Sam is always happy to chat about these or answer any Lego questions you may have.
The sessions are drop-in, so there is no need to book. In the winter they tend to get quite busy so sometimes you may need to wait for a table.
We love to see people creating and sharing the joy that is building and making models with Lego.
We are currently in the process of cleaning and sorting the vast collection of Lego and Duplo ready for another exciting year. Thank you, Team Construction Club!
