Marketing Manager

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: Grade G, SCP 20 – 25, £32,597 – £36,363 per annum (pay award pending)

We’re looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of marketing, communications and audience development strategies for an ambitious cultural programme, overseeing integrated multi‑channel campaigns that meet organisational objectives, strengthen The Atkinson’s profile, and maximise return on investment.

As a creative and strategic communicator, you’ll play a key role in promoting The Atkinson, building its profile, and sharing compelling stories through targeted marketing and communications. Experience in marketing, communications and audience development within the arts, heritage, or cultural sectors is essential.

The Landing Gallery

The Landing is a Gallery showcasing affordable artwork from leading regional artists, with regularly changing exhibitions.

Volunteers are a vital part of The Atkinson’s team, delivering excellent customer service and caring for our incredible collections, programme of events and exhibitions, workshops and more.
