QuARTet returns to The Landing at The Atkinson for a second exhibition, bringing together the distinctive talents of four respected North West artists. Liverpool-based painter Sue Stevens is joined by fellow Merseyside artist Lawrence Johnson, woodworker and mixed-media artist Brian Minnery, and Ainsdale potter and pastel artist Chris Hughes. Together, they present a diverse and engaging collection of painting, sculpture, ceramics and mixed-media work, each artist offering a unique interpretation of landscape, nature, memory and imagination.
To celebrate the exhibition opening on Saturday, visitors are invited to meet the artists in person. This is a wonderful opportunity to chat with them about their work, ask questions about their creative processes, and gain insight into the inspiration behind the pieces on display.
