The 2025 photographic exhibition at The Atkinson will include award winning images from the 78th National Open Exhibition.
The ‘Open’ is run and administered by Southport Photographic Society with the patronage of the PAGB (The Photographic Alliance of Great Britain) and the BPE (British Photographic Exhibitions) attracting images from all over the UK.
You can expect to see a range of subjects including; sport, landscape, portraiture, creative work and natural history from some of the best photographers in the UK.
The society meets every Monday evening from September to April with a programme of talks, presentations and competitions. In addition monthly workshop meetings are held on zoom and in the summer months, May to August, outdoor trips.
