Statement from Crooners
We’re very sorry to confirm that our performance in Southport on Wednesday 11 November 2026 will no longer be going ahead.
As many of you know, our main man Roman has been recovering from treatment for throat cancer. He’s getting stronger all the time, but recovery takes time, and we’re still unsure when he’ll be ready to return to the stage. Rather than rush things, we’ve decided to take a longer break and give him the time he needs to recover fully.
We’re incredibly disappointed not to be joining you in Southport, but this certainly isn’t the end of Crooners! We’re already looking ahead to creating a brand new show, and we can’t wait to share it with you when the time is right.
Thank you for all your kindness, patience and support, not just over these past few months but over the many years you’ve supported our show. It really does mean the world to us.
We’ll be back. With something new!
